What happens in a typical coaching session?

Sessions are calm, conversational, and shaped around you. There's no agenda you need to prepare for, and no expectation to perform or make progress. We focus on helping your mind settle, making sense of what's present, and gently shifting how you relate to your thoughts, emotions, and everyday situations — so life begins to feel more manageable and less reactive.

How is this different from therapy?

This work is not therapy, and it doesn't involve diagnosing, treating, or revisiting past experiences unless you choose to. Coaching focuses on the present — supporting your nervous system, patterns of thinking, and daily experience of life. You're assumed to be whole, capable, and resourceful. The work is supportive and forward-moving, without requiring emotional excavation.

What if I don't know what I want to work on?

That's very common — and it's not a problem. Many women come to this work not because they have a clear issue to solve, but because something feels off or unsustainable, even if they can't quite name it yet. You don't need a goal, a plan, or the right words to begin. Part of our work is slowing things down enough to understand what's creating the constant mental load, pressure, or unease — and allowing clarity to emerge naturally. You can simply show up as you are. We'll take it from there, at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
